I bought this participant primarily because I was looking for a simple and uncomplicated NetFlix participant that would be a true Hd on our new Hd Tv set. Potential problem-- my participant (bought used on Amazon) was a customer return... and uh-oh, it had someone else's NetFlix account already on it. Doh! I could not get the NetFlix account switched out, and we really didn't need to be using someone else's account. So I called Panasonic's tech support, and they were a most pleasant surprise. Got an American on the phone, who when I described the problem told me exactly what I needed to do to reset the participant to factory settings all of which I could do using my remote control. Within five minutes, everything was working good. Hard to believe, but true. NetFlix looks good in Hd, the participant does a incredibly nice job with Blu Ray disks and DVDs participant has several incredibly nice features. Not bad for a device that I paid $105 for I'd gladly recommend the device to others, especially in light of their excellent tech support, the ease of use and the features on the box. Installing to my wireless community using a key was painless and uncomplicated, the firmware was easily updated... I have NO complaints on this device, only kudos. One WEEK Later..... We really like this device. The participant quality is excellent, and the hot key buttons on the remote, which include NetFlix, are good! My wife likes using it, says it's incredibly uncomplicated and "intuitive" to use.
